Meals after our Wednesday night races have been a traditional part of our race program. They promote a positive atmosphere allowing racers to socialize and critique tactics of the night’s race. We ask that you help carry on tradition and volunteer to provide a meal. Please indicate what night(s) you would be able to provide a meal __________________

Entry Fee of $60.00 must be received no later than May 30, 2008. Late payment will result in disqualification for all races prior to the date of receipt.
Please enter the above yacht in the Centerboard Yacht Club Wednesday night races. I release Centerboard Yacht Club, its members, officers, trustees, and employees from any liability for damage or injury arising from or connected with these race series.

Waiver - Wednesday Night Race Series 2008
The undersigned agrees to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing 2005 – 2008 including US SAILING Prescriptions and all other rules that govern this event. The undersigned acknowledges that the competition in which he/she has entered is dangerous and assumes all risk of accident, loss of property and personal injury or loss of life. The undersigned also acknowledges that the establishment of any equipment regulations, and/or the inspections of yachts, is merely for the purpose of ensuring fair competition and neither serves as a certification that the yacht on which he/she is competing is safe nor relieves the undersigned of his/her sole and exclusive responsibility to maintain the yacht in a sound, properly equipped, thoroughly seaworthy and safe condition.
The undersigned represents that all equipment aboard, including, but not limited to, safety and emergency equipment, is properly stowed, has been well maintained, is in good operating condition and is appropriate for this competition. The undersigned also represents that he/she or any crew permitted aboard the yacht are experienced and competent, are physically fit, and capable of swimming and treading water in full sailing attire, and have been instructed in the use and location of all safety equipment aboard the yacht.
The undersigned acknowledges that the decision to start and/or continue racing is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the undersigned. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, the undersigned certifies that each of the above statements and representations are true and forever discharges PHRF-NE and PHRF-MAINE, Centerboard Yacht Club, GMORA and their members, volunteers, employees, agents, Officers, Board of Directors, Race Committees and juries from any and all liability arising out of his/her participation in this regatta and all social events connected there with, whether such loss is due to property damage, personal injury or loss of life, even if due to the negligence or fault of such persons.
