At the Elevation Project, our goal is to empower parents who are mapping out the challenges of raising children while building their own futures. We are committed to providing equitable support for every family we serve.
Young Parent Day Program
Elevation Project
Our Young Parent Day Program provides comprehensive support to help individuals and families achieve long-term stability and success.
This one year program, designed for parents/legal Guardians between 14 and 24yrs old who are receiving TAFDC/DTA benefits, focuses on providing care takers with the resources needed to better provide for themselves and their families and achieve long-term stability and success.
We offer therapeutic referral services, including counseling and CSECT sessions, to promote emotional wellbeing, coping skills, and personal growth. In addition, we connect individuals and families with essential stability resources, such as housing support, community referrals, parenting assistance, and crisis intervention. Participants can work toward their GED certification through guided instruction, tutoring, and individualized academic support.
Together, these services create a safe, structured environment that empowers participants to build stronger futures for themselves and their families.
