Amy Michael serves as Assistant Director of Housing and brings 12 years of experience in the housing field. In her role, she oversees the Broad Street, Haverhill, and Salem programs, providing leadership and support across multiple sites. She is recognized for her strengths in leadership, problem-solving, and communication, and takes pride in helping get the Bates Program successfully up and running. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amy enjoys spending time with her family.
