Centerboard's 2026 Fore-Fun Golf Tournament Raises Over $60,000 to Support Local Youth and Families
More than 150 guests gathered at Beverly Golf & Tennis Club for a day of golf, community, and giving back.
LYNN, MA – October 26, 2026 – Centerboard, a Lynn-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth and families across the North Shore, is celebrating the success of its annual Fore-Fun Golf Tournament, which raised over $60,000 to support the organization's vital programs and services.
Held on Monday, October 26, at Beverly Golf & Tennis Club, the event welcomed more than 150 guests for a fun-filled day of golf, friendly competition, and community impact. Golfers and supporters came together to enjoy a nine-hole tournament featuring interactive challenges, games, raffles, prizes, and plenty of opportunities to give back.
More than just a day on the green, the Fore-Fun Golf Tournament brought together local businesses, community partners, donors, and friends of Centerboard, all united by a shared commitment to creating brighter futures for youth and families throughout the region.
Proceeds from the event will help strengthen Centerboard's programs and services, which provide critical resources, stability, and opportunities for individuals and families facing challenging circumstances. The tournament also featured a special raffle benefiting We Rise, Centerboard's program supporting youth and young adults who have experienced or are at risk of commercial sexual exploitation.
Through prevention, education, advocacy, and individualized support, We Rise empowers young people to build safer, healthier, and more independent futures.
The success of this year's tournament reflects the generosity and dedication of the North Shore community. From golfers and sponsors to volunteers and local businesses, each contribution played an important role in making the event possible.
Centerboard extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated, sponsored, volunteered, donated, or helped bring the event to life. Their continued support allows the organization to expand its reach and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those it serves.
With another successful Fore-Fun Golf Tournament in the books, Centerboard looks forward to continuing this annual tradition of bringing the community together for a great cause.
