Kearra started at Centerboard 3.5 years ago as a Direct Care staff member in one of Centerboard’s specialized CSEC residential programs. She is proud to now serve as the Program Director of the We Rise Mentoring and “Outreach Program, supporting confirmed or potential CSEC youth in Essex County.
