Shannon Rodgers joined the  Centerboard team in August of 2025 to lead our new Young Parent Day Program as Program Director.

Shannon brings with her years of experience working in the nonprofit sector and a passion for uplifting those around her. Shannon is an amazing mother of 2, a 16 year old son and six year old daughter. she says, "...it's really been interesting to kind of watch them grow up so differently because the world looks so different 10 years in between." She also loves the ocean and is a vegetarian!
